For anyone who works in Information Technology,  this is becoming a problem for all IT professionals like myself.  More and more companies of all types are going with hiring "contractors" rather that full timers due to risk in the market for IT.  In my opinion,  the IT career may not seem like a real job/career since technology becomes more mobile and involves more risk in terms of purchase license software for employees to utilize, and giving certain rights to use equipment and accessing certain sites that involves sensitive information. Companies can face severe penalties and massive lawsuits if not utilize property and puts IT employment in jeopardy. If an individual was working in the field of IT, he/she may want to reconsider alternative career choices.
